The breakfast was very good
I keep getting additional charges on my credit card for this room that is not explained . I'll have to call on Monday to find out what the extra charges were there were no extra charges should've been on our bill and it's been charged twice

The staff was super friendly and affable, so I will be back. Came in Austin to relax and have fun, this business hotel was great place for doing it. The restaurant was nice for dinner here, I had excellent dishes. Everything was perfect, though a few employees were very rude.

The premium Sweet was supposed to come with in with snacks and drinks and when we got there it only comes with a small snack basket each day

This place was just a strong match for a couple of nights in Austin with best value for money ratio. The included breakfast was fantastic, with fresh made-to-order omelettes that hit the spot. Heads up, parking fees are coming, so be ready for that.

Convenient location. We liked the layout. The amenities were pedestrian but highly useable. Super friendly and helpful staff. And of course, the Royal swans!
